Wrong Model Received
If Wellskin ships the wrong model: We will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
If the customer orders the wrong model: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs based on their region.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are entitled to an exchange.
Exchange Procedure
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact our customer support team at +6018-9074930 or sales@wellskin.com.my. Provide photos of the product, consignment note, and shipping receipt as proof. We will promptly address your concern and provide the necessary support to resolve the issue.
We strive to ensure that all orders are correctly fulfilled. Please check your parcel immediately upon receipt of item. If there are any issues, contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel, as verified by our tracking system. Requests made after this period may be declined.
